Welded Construction
Complete welded construction on the entire framework. No screws and metal studs. Because of our welded construction, we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the structural frame. All frames are fabricated using commercial grade square tube steel. We also offer a welded commercial grade aluminum square tube option as well.
Exterior Finished to patio with PVC Footing under frame
One thing that sets Arcadia apart from the competition is the PVC footing at the base of the kitchen. This allows the unit to rest on any patio or deck surface without worrying about the finished structure having running water up against the kitchen sides. This allows a 1"high space under the under the unit for running water to flow across the patio without being trapped by the kitchen sides.
All Weather Finishes
Welded frames are all covered with HardiBacker cement board, all corners and seams are taped with fiberglass tape prior to plastering. The plaster process includes a basecoat layer and topped off with a waterproof acrylic stucco finish that is hand troweled to provide a custom finished look. All finishes are rated for outdoor conditions. Our entire line of finishes including, stucco, tile, stone and factory applied in optimal conditions to insure excellent quality and lasting durability.
Travertine & Granite Countertops
Arcadia Outdoor expressly uses only SOLID GRANITE COUNTERTOPS on all kitchen units. Unlike the traditional tiled countertops you will never have to clean dirty tile grout joints filled with BBQ grime, mold and mildew from being outside. Solid granite means no dirty grout to clean, no maintenence and more time for outdoor cooking enjoyment.
